• facilitates fraud, phishing, identity theft, or deceptive or misleading schemes;

• harasses, threatens, defames, or incites violence or hatred against others;

• sexually exploits or endangers minors, or contains child sexual abuse material;

• promotes illegal goods or services, unlawful gambling, or sanctioned or export-controlled activity;

• sends spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or harvests data without consent.

You may not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service or its security, billing, gates, or rate limits; access data or accounts that are not yours; resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or use the Service to train a competing model or service in violation of our or our providers’ terms.

You may not use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other workloads designed primarily to consume compute resources rather than to build software.

You are responsible for the applications you generate and deploy, including their security, content, and compliance with law. AI-generated output may contain defects or vulnerabilities; you must review and test it before relying on it.

To report a violation, contact contact@ironflyer.ai. We may investigate suspected violations, remove or disable content, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may also report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.
