1. The Service
Ironflyer is an AI execution engine that plans, builds, tests, secures, and deploys software applications on your behalf. Work runs through enforced review gates, produces reviewable patches, and is metered against a prepaid wallet so you can see the cost of every execution.
AI-generated output is produced automatically and may contain errors, omissions, or insecure patterns. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any output before relying on it or shipping it to third parties.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity under your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any API keys, tokens, and secrets you add to the Service.
3. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the Service to build, host, or distribute anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by that policy.
4. Credits, plans & billing
The Service is paid for through a prepaid wallet. You purchase usage credits (“top-ups”) and, optionally, a subscription plan that bundles credit and features. Executions reserve and debit credit from your wallet as cost materialises.
Wallet top-ups are processed by PayPal. PayPal handles the payment method and transaction processing; taxes, invoices, and any applicable fees are shown before approval. Prices may change prospectively.
If auto-recharge is offered for your account, it must be explicitly enabled and may be disabled at any time in wallet settings. We will not silently charge a payment method outside the controls presented to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: unused prepaid credit may be refundable for a limited period, while credit already consumed by completed executions is non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered.
6. Your content & intellectual property
As between you and Ironflyer, you own the prompts you submit and the application code, assets, and artifacts the Service generates for you (“Your Content”), subject to any third-party licences in dependencies you choose. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you upload.
You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including sending prompts to the AI providers that power a build). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
Ironflyer and its underlying platform, software, gates, branding, and documentation are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited right to use the Service.
7. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example AI model providers, payment processing, hosting, and object storage). Your use of generated apps you deploy, and of any third-party services you connect, is subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL AI-GENERATED OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. You assume full responsibility for reviewing and testing output before use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ironflyer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ironflyer harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, your deployed applications, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain provisions (including payment, IP, disclaimers, and liability) survive.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
