Privacy Policy

Account data: your name, email address, authentication identifiers (including via Google or GitHub if you sign in with them), and account settings.

Usage & content data: the prompts you submit, the projects, code, and artifacts generated for you, build and execution metadata, gate results, and logs needed to operate the Service.

Billing data: wallet balance, top-up and subscription history, and a saved-payment reference. Payment credentials are collected and stored by PayPal, not by us.

Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, page visits, interaction events, and cookies or similar technologies used to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and measure product usage.

Session replay data: Microsoft Clarity may record masked interactions with our websites and, when mobile telemetry is enabled, our mobile app. We do not intentionally send prompts, project code, credentials, payment details, or free-form diagnostics to analytics providers.

To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service; to run your build executions; to process payments and prevent fraud and abuse; to provide support; to send transactional messages (such as verification, receipts, and security alerts); and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

To generate output, the Service transmits your prompts and relevant project context to third-party AI model providers (which may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and others) acting as our processors. Do not submit personal data, secrets, or confidential information in prompts that you do not want processed by these providers.

We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including PayPal for wallet top-ups and payment processing, AI model providers for build generation, cloud hosting and object storage, email delivery, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

If the Service is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated content as described below.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including per-user isolation, ownership checks on stored data, encrypted transport, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live (including under the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or close your account, by contacting contact@ironflyer.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We use necessary cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and secure the Service. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may also use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits and interactions. We do not use this data to sell your personal data.

Mobile telemetry is off until you enable it in Settings. You can turn it off there at any time.

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
